Become part of our team! The NOAM Faenza Film Festival, the first event in Italy dedicated to independent North American cinema, will take place from November 12 to 16, 2025, in Faenza.

We are looking for curious people who are passionate about cinema and festivals, willing to be present alongside the staff, thus having the opportunity to see up close how a film festival works.

New this year, to reward those who support us as volunteers: the NOAM EXPERIENCE with festival accreditation and a tote bag, along with some moments designed exclusively for our staff.

– Setup and logistics: this role, suitable for people with a strong practical sense, offers the opportunity to discover and experience behind the scenes some of the city’s most fascinating spaces, transformed for the occasion into places of meeting, performance, and culture. Involvement is required starting the week before the Festival begins, with a key objective: setting up MEET NOAM (Galleria Comunale d’Arte – Voltone della Molinella), the Festival’s home.

– Graphic Designer: we are looking for someone to support the Festival’s professionals. An advanced knowledge of the main graphic tools is required. NOAM has built a solid yet constantly evolving visual identity over three years: we are looking for someone with vision, taste, and a desire to experiment.

– Usher: the role requires attention, a sense of responsibility, and patience – always accompanied by the desire to have fun and share the Festival’s most important moments with the audience and guests. Ushers provide support and manage audience access to the theater.

– Desk and reception: during the Festival, an information desk will be set up at MEET NOAM. Volunteers will assist the public with accreditation collection and provide information on the program and participation in events and meetings, including talks and the MEET NOAM exhibition. If you enjoy interacting with people and want to feel the energy that will flow through one of the festival’s most vibrant spaces, this is the role for you.
